Southwest Airlines: Innovation Academy
Innovation Academy is a one of kind professional training created for Southwest Airlines. The program was created for frontline airport leaders to learn the foundations of design and innovation methods that would help to reimagine the airline experiences in airports all of over the country. We have facilitated many variations of this program on-campus and at Southwest HQ.
